Please note, missed collections should be reported within 24 hours of the missed collection.
- Use this form to report missed collections for recycling carts.
- Do not use this form if you have received any notifications regarding service delays by James City County or the hauler.
- Your collection will be rescheduled for pickup within 1-2 days after receiving notice within 24 hours of the missed collection.
- Do not use this form if the hauler has notified you that there were non-recyclable items in your cart.
- Missed collections are reviewed by James City County to determine the cause and we work in partnership with the hauler to develop a solution to prevent future missed collections.
